1.The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmodified) in order to be eligible for a return / exchange. Exchanges and returns are possible within 10 business days of receipt of the package.

Write to us at service@louvedesign.com to receive the return label. A fixed 8$ restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
